As part of our LivingLife Series™, Selfhelpworks offers four cognitive-based lifestyle management programs delivered over the internet:

LivingFree - A Program for Smokers™
Participants become ex-smokers in just 3 weeks. This program has the highest success rate in the country.


LivingLean - A Lifestyle Management & Nutrition Program™
Designed to stop unhealthy and compusive eating habits permanently. Participants change their relationship with food to lose weight and keep it off naturally.


LivingSmart - Managing Alcohol Consumption™
A program for those who desire to stop or manage alcohol consumption and return to a healthy, more productive lifestyle.


LivingEasy - Work/Life Balance™ (Will be live in Fall 2003)
A program for people who find their lives functionally or emotionally out of balance. Create a shift in your responsibilities to family, health and work, resulting in more control, resiliency, energy, focus and peace of mind.


On average, each of the four programs consists of 10 - 15 daily sessions. The sessions utilize audio and Flash animation, a calendar and personal schedule, a printable Online Manual, an interactive workbook, and the Personal Coach (customized email feedback that offers positive affirmation or help for trouble areas).

The experience is also enriched with features such as live radio call-in talk shows with physicians, nutritionists, and others; a bulletin board; and the latest in health news.

Each daily session takes about 45 minutes to complete. The duration of the programs is 3 - 5 weeks.
