You can purchase the LivingFree Program for Smokers™ on a capitated basis. If you wish to test the program before purchasing, please read about our Pilot Program below.

Capitated Pricing. Your company pays a fixed fee based on the number of employees. This entitles every employee and their immediate family members the right to take as many courses as they wish. The per-employee-per-month (PEPM) price depends upon the size of your company and the options you select.

Pilot Programs
Before purchasing, your company may test a bundled number of the LivingFree Program for Smokers™. These Pilot Programs may be used for up to one year after purchase. We offer several options based upon "seats," where each seat entitles a user to enroll in one program:
