The Living Lean program teaches a balanced physical exercise routine that includes aerobic, anaerobic and stretching components. For most people, we recommend a routine of aerobic exercise 3 times per week, anaerobic workout 2 times per week and flexibility training everyday. We recommend that you consult with your physician before you begin any type of exercise routine.

The Exercise Tracker lets you design your own personal, weekly exercise routine to help you track your progress. You may choose from a variety of exercises in the 3 categories.
