Create your personalized weekly exercise routine. You must pick at least one exercise from each of the three categories of Aerobic, Anaerobic and Flexibility. You may also fill in your own. Click Submit and your Exercise Tracker will be created.

Record your progress toward your weekly exercise goals by clicking on the Track Your Progress link. At the end of the week, click Tally My Week for a personalized assessment of your achievements. Create a new routine each Sunday by going to "Create New Exercise Routine."

If you choose to keep your routine the same from week to week, tally your progress on Saturday at the end of the week; then go straight to "Track Your Progress" when signing in again on Sunday.
