This Section is active with your paid membership. Record your progress toward your weekly exercise goals by clicking on the Track Your Progress link. At the end of the week, click Tally My Week for a personalized assessment of your achievements. Create a new routine each Sunday by going to "Create New Exercise Routine." If you choose to keep your routine the same from week to week, tally your progress on Saturday at the end of the week; then go straight to "Track Your Progress" when signing in again on Sunday. (To select more than one item, hold down the Control key and select.)
