Follow your schedule and perform the activities and you will be LivingLean™ in five weeks. Print this page for easy reference.

Signing in:

Your login page is http://www.selfhelpworks.com/ Click here to bookmark this page. Remember your Password and User Name as you must login before each Session.

2.
Setting up your personal Program Schedule:

Instructions for setting up your schedule and Calendar are in today's Introduction. You will follow the entire program according to your Calendar. The program begins with the Orientation and ends with Session 12. There are other events scheduled, including optional Support Audio. You may view your Calendar anytime from the Calendar link above.

Watching the Sessions:

The program consists of 14 Sessions: an Introduction, an Orientation, and Sessions 1-12. Each Session is comprised of 3-5 Segments. To begin each day's Session;

  • Click on the Start Session button. It will take you to the Session introduction and explain the materials you'll need for that day.
  • Watch the Session segments.
  • Take the short Quiz following each segment. You must answer correctly to move on!
  • Do the Assignments and Reading Materials in the Online Manual after you watch the entire Session.
4.
Doing your Online Manual:

Your Online Manual contains Assignments and Reading Materials to be completed following each Session. You'll access it at the end of each day’s Session, and also from the Online Manual and Course Review links.

Listening to Support Audios:

Listen to the Support Audios on the days your Calendar instructs. Go to the Support Audio link for details.

6.
Reviewing Anytime:

Review the Sessions and Online Manuals that you’ve already completed at any time from the Course Review link.
