Welcome to the Menu Planner Section of Living Lean. The Living Lean program teaches healthy eating habits that are low fat, high protein, high calcium, low sugar, well balanced, and allow as many fruits and vegetables as you like. The Menu planner helps you choose healthy items from a variety of different, delicious food lists for every meal of the day. Instructions on how to use the Menu Planner can be found on the Instructions page. If you are already familiar with the Menu Planner, you may go directly to the Food Lists or if you need some extra motivation to keep you on track, you may go directly to the Staying Motivated page.
